Hello,
Nice article above. I’m starting to research single family home investing to generate cash flow through renting. This being my first investment property and having a full time job and family, the property manger route sounded very nice. Your article has given me some second thoughts (ha-ha). In any event, would like to hear about the progress you’ve made and general experience in single family home investing.
Thanks,
Ben

You minimize your risk through (1) education, (2) understanding of risks involved, and (3) developing techniques and processes to minimize these risks.
Feel free to take a look at our other blog postings for additional information.
Best of luck to you with your investing.
